Mini Pop began as a personal intention: to create food that honors where we come from while caring for where we’re going.

Our founder started this business to reconnect with ancestral food traditions — ones rooted in resilience, simplicity, and respect for the land. Sorghum, an ancient grain with deep cultural history, stood out not only for its nutritional benefits, but for its ability to thrive with less water and adapt to changing environments. Choosing sorghum was a conscious decision: to work with nature, not against it.

At Mini Pop, we believe food should be nourishing, accessible, and made with care. Our popped sorghum snacks are crafted to be clean, flavorful, and inclusive — free from unnecessary additives and friendly to a wide range of lifestyles. But beyond what’s inside the bag, we’re equally committed to how our food is grown and produced.
